Have you ever dreamed of being a hero? Not the kind from comic books, but a real-life difference-maker—the one who lifts up the hopeless, inspires the discouraged, and steps in when others need help the most.
That dream took hold of me at 12 years old as I watched my father, a strong Army Chaplain, pastor, and Veterans Administration Chaplain, ignite change in the lives of so many. I envisioned myself as the one to step up in critical moments, to be a source of hope, strength, and transformation. Call me a rescuer, a hope-giver, a catalyst for change—that’s who I was born to be.
Today, I don’t just dream about being that hero—I live it. Every day, in life and in business, I help people break barriers, realize their potential, and step into their greatness. Whether through speaking, coaching, or leadership, my mission is simple: to bring out the best in people, to inspire action, and to ignite purpose.
My journey has been shaped by a military upbringing, the values instilled by my parents, and my role as the eldest of three sons. From setting an example for my brothers to standing as a protector for my sibling with epilepsy, I learned firsthand the power of stepping up for others.
I’m forever grateful to my parents for the unwavering guidance and encouragement they gave me, and to my wife, who continues to push me to embrace the hero I always knew I was meant to be.
Now, I bring that same passion and purpose to those I serve—helping individuals, teams, and organizations unlock their potential, overcome obstacles, and create lasting impact.
